The Wolf Gourmet Elite Digital Countertop Convection Toaster Oven was introduced in 2018 and is a relatively new oven. It has seven cooking modes. Other features include an internal light, precise temperature control and energy-efficiency.

This convection oven is the best small convection one-for all and all-for-1 convection oven. It has a precision temperature probe that allows you to measure temperatures up to 550F degrees. It has a brushed stainless-steel exterior and colourful knobs.
The probe functionality can be used by inserting the probe Jack into the oven wall and the probe ends in the food. This way, you can closely monitor the rise in food’s temperature until it reaches the desired temperature. Moreover, you no longer need to open the door to check if you have achieved your steak’s required doneness level.
Wolf Gourmet’s convection oven has a clearly visible LCD that displays the temperature as well as the timer. You can also set the timer coupled with the “Stay on” feature to keep it running for up to four hours before it automatically turns off. This will allow you to cook slow-cooked rotisserie that is delicious for your family.
The seven cooking modes include bake, roasting, warm, proof broil, broil, toast, and broil. Furthermore, the internal cooking space of 1.1 cubic feet is enough to hold a 9 x 13 inches dish or 5 ½ pounds of chicken. To facilitate loading and unloading, the rack glides outside of the oven.
