There are four burners. Two for the grill and the other two to heat the griddle. Each burner is made of stainless steel and has a heat output that’s 12,000 BTU. Overall, you get 48,000 BTU, which is plenty for outdoor cooking.
As is the case with most modern outdoor griddles, the burners are equipped with an electronic ignition system. There are also many secondary features, such as hooks to hang your utensils or a built in bottle opener. There is ample space for storage with the two side shelves.
It has removable drip pans that collect grease from the grill and griddle. You can remove the pan and dispose of the grease without the need for any scrapers or other utensils.
