Char-Broil, a subsidiary of W. C. Bradley Co. that produces BBQ grills, is based in Columbus, Georgia. The company is known for its Performance Series, of which the 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill has been rated the best.
The Performance 4-Burner, like the Weber Spirit II is an improved version the Performance 2-Burner. This gas grill is larger than the 2-burner and measures 18.22 x 22.47 inches, which gives you a lot of cooking space.
The grill also includes a 10,000 BTU burner. While the heat production isn’t as powerful as other grills, the grill temperature increases with less fuel per unit of increase. This is a more affordable purchase.
The stainless steel shelves and warming rack allow you to keep your food warm while also making it easy to clean up afterwards. The steel is nonstick so grease and food drippings can be easily wiped off. Also, the shelves are wear-resistant, so you don’t have to worry about them burning or rusting.
The grill is designed for indoor use. It’s not weather-resistant and gets damaged in the rain and wind.
The Performance 4-Burner is still a reliable investment and comes at a reasonable price.
